Hello, my name is Jonathan (@alythrium), and I do Sports and Travel Photography. I am a student at Grossmont College who is currently studying Business Administration. I built this website as my portfolio to gain experience, make connections, and to post most of my work for those who wish to see it.

PHOTOGRAPHY GEAR

For my camera, I have a Sony A7C ii that's outfitted with a SmallRig cage and custom wraps for both the camera and lenses to protect them. My sports lens is a Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8, and my daily lens is a Sony 24-105 F/4 lens. For my drone, I have a DJI Mini 4 Pro paired with the DJI RC2 remote controller.

SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY

I started sports photography as a hobby at Grossmont College. I wanted to build a portfolio while also having a consistent schedule to do so. What I like about it is that I get to meet new people, make connections, and hands on experience in photos and editing.

TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY

I started travel photography when I was in Tokyo, Japan. At the time, I only had a Canon G7X ii taking pictures of the streets, buildings, and foliage. I knew photography was going to be fun from that point on because there's always something to take pictures of.
